Lei'lani is a young, teal anthropomorphic sea serpent. Her fin designs and patterns are loosely based from the Flying Gurnard tropical fish specie. Compared to her past iterations, Lei'lani is now colored to be more blue-ish in order to have her glowing tribal-styled markings to stand out further.

Considering the general colorful theme of the planned animation, Lei'lani's outfit is designed to have varied saturated colors. The clothing color, pattern, and style are all based off the Mandarin Fish tropical fish specie. Since Lei'lani is a dancer for this animation, her outfit is designed to be loose and easy flowing for movement purpose.

Environment

The shrine is made up of mostly locally-natural found objects in order to look harmonious with the background. The time of day for the animation is planned to be around dusk. This is when I can have a striking contrast with the warm colors of the setting sun in comparison to the glowing lighting created by the local crystals surrounding the area. There will be even more different colors of lighting from Lei'Lanis glowing marks to the spiritual wildlife that will be swimming out. Coral-looking structures are placed throughout the scene in order to contribute to the overall "oceanic" visual theme.
